In working on this one tonight, I realized something...white lace...yeah..really FREAKING hard to draw....(or whatever that material is.) So I made this attempt at it...and actually am quite happy with it...and will probably stick with it.

A couple of new things i'm trying with this one...a) I'm drawing the whole thing Upside down. And I find that it really helps in "seeing" the pic...cause everything is thrown off a bit...and you have to really look at the shapes.
Also, I'm not going to have a "hard" border on this one. Just kind of fade things out on the top and bottom. (Won't really matter in the frame and mat board...but anyway) kind of trying a little of the "unfinished" finished look I see a lot of you guys use, and I really like that whole look and feel of things. (I know, can't really see it in this scan, but the next will show it better I think.)

So, finished for tonight, more to come later. Also, hope I didn't offend, or piss off anyone with my journal this week...I'm not changing it...but sometimes I just hear something like that...and good lord, the pain in my head...lol (don't know what I'm talking about, you haven't read the journal entry for the week here...and I just wonder....What are you waiting for...I think it's funny...and also there is a link to another one of DA's finest artists in my opinion...so please, check it out....laters)
